Refund Policy
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned with all original packaging and materials. A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note that we currently do not provide prepaid return labels, and returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
Return Condition Guidelines
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged state. Products that have been opened, partially used, or altered (for example: opened diamond packets, writing or tape on packaging, or completed artwork) will not be eligible for a refund.
If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deny or adjust the refund amount.
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.

We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Non-Refundable Items

Exchanges
We’re happy to replace items that arrive defective or damaged.

Gifts
If you received a product marked as a gift, your approved return will be credited in the form of a gift card once the item is received.
If the purchase was not marked as a gift, the refund will go directly to the original purchaser.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is granted, any applicable return postage fees may be deducted from the total refund.
