Shipping Policy
Shipping Origins
We ship orders from both our U.S. warehouse and our China warehouse, depending on product availability and destination. Some items may ship separately from different locations to ensure faster delivery.
Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on most orders.
However, certain regions may require additional shipping fees due to courier surcharges or logistical constraints.
If additional charges apply, we’ll contact you via email to confirm before dispatch. You can choose to pay the extra fee or request a refund.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship worldwide, except to P.O. Boxes.
If, for any reason (such as carrier restrictions, customs limitations, or regional delivery suspensions), we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund.
Shipping Methods
For U.S. orders, we primarily use USPS, with some shipments fulfilled via UPS or FedEx.
Expedited shipping is available for U.S. addresses only.
International orders are shipped using standard international logistics partners.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to customs inspections.
Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Orders: 5–14 business days
International Orders: 9–20 business days
These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed, as delivery may be affected by customs clearance or carrier delays.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before shipment.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address and you wish to have it redelivered, a $10 reshipment fee will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any applicable costs may be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Order Tracking
You can track your order through:
Shipment confirmation emails
Courier tracking pages (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
In some cases, carriers may mark packages as “Delivered” while they are still in transit. Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days after this status update.
If your package hasn’t arrived after 3-5 days, please contact us.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft.
We recommend shipping to a secure, reliable address.
If your package appears to be missing or misdelivered, please file a claim directly with the carrier and contact us for assistance.
Duties and Taxes
For most countries, duties, taxes, and import fees are included at checkout.
In some regions, additional charges may be required upon delivery (this will be shown at checkout).
If your package is returned due to unpaid customs or import taxes, we may not be able to issue a refund.
